Receiving Google Reviews is always a highlight for me.  These reviews are helpful to me so I can offer my clients a better experience.  Also, Google Reviews are a great and trusted way for potential clients to learn what it's like to work with me.  I know when I want to purchase something, visit a new place, try a restaurant or renting an AirBnB I am 100% going to read through those Google Reviews!

What I love about Maria's review is her happiness about no stiff or awkward smiles.  It can definitely be intimidating to have your photos taken but I strive to make sure that my clients are comfortable with me from beginning to end.

There is a whole lot of communication when you book a session with me.  The initial inquiry with my Welcome Guide, the Getting To Know You questionnaire, Clothing Guide questionnaire, securing a location and confirming important details.  All of this can be done through email, over the phone, through Zoom or Facetime.  With all of that communication it helps us all feel a little more acquainted with each other once we finally meet!

To really make sure we are comfortable with one another, I don't immediately point my camera at your family and pose you.  We talk, catch up, play with the kids first and when the timing is right; usually about 10-15 minutes after we meet up.. we start creating magic!

This was Maria's third session with me.. we first worked together for her Maternity and Newborn Session and now this at-home lifestyle portrait session.  She and her husband really wanted to highlight this stage of their life with their daughters.  Their girls absolutely LOVE to dress up in mom's old clothes, put on her makeup and have tea parties.  So, we captured exactly that!  It was so much fun and so natural.. it is definitely one of my favorite sessions to date!  Mom wanted to create a collage of images from this session so she ordered a variety of prints to create a framed wall collage.
