I know I talk a lot about trust over here at Rhiannon Livardo Photography.. but, it is so important to have that trust with your photographer and I am grateful to share that my clients have that trust in me!

I have been photographing Quinn and her family for nine years.  Yep.. nine years!  I saw their family grow from four to five.  I've photographed so many stages of their growth like missing front teeth, their sweet innocence at six years old, the start of them playing sports and how their interests change year after year.  It's simply awesome to be a part of their yearly tradition to take family photos and getting to know them more and more.

Mom wanted to have professional photos taken of Quinn for her 8th grade dance.  I was so excited and of course happy to do this for them.  The dance was at The Chart House in Weehawken, New Jersey so I met them there for a thirty minute session.  The NYC skyline is such a popular and beautiful backdrop for photos.  And of course, she looked absolutely stunning!  Shout out to Hair by Mare located in Rutherford, New Jersey for making Quinn look like a movie star!

As we started shooting, it was seamless (hello nine years of doing this together!) but at the point where I started doing close up portraits I felt like I could cry.  I remember the first portraits I captured of Quinn and here I am photographing her as a teenager about to be in high school.  Thankful for the continued trust this family has in me <3

Aside from all the trust talk.. there is no moment too big or too little that can't be photographed.  Yes, I photograph families for updated portraits and newborns to welcome the incredible new life a family created but I also photograph moments like this.  Graduations, dances, events, adoption days, headshots, anniversaries for life saving surgeries and so much more!

Whatever is important to you.. is important to me and I will document it for you to have and cherish for years to come.
