When I found out that my hair dresser of 10 years was pregnant I was SO excited!  I was so happy for her, her husband and stepdaughter because they are an amazing family and deserve nothing but the best.. but, I really couldn't wait for their future Newborn Session, too!  I love working with all types of families but when I get to work with a fellow female business owner, it's pretty special :)

Benny was so snuggly and I was lucky enough to capture a couple of quick newborn smirks!  Those really just make my heart melt.  We captured a variety of images but my absolute favorite moment from that morning was of Benny and his big sister Sonali.  She was such a pro at being a big sister and that really made the session seamless.

There was a brief moment Benny wasn't feeling it so mom and dad played some Jack Johnson and he quickly stopped crying.  The power of music is so awesome!  Also, can we agree that Benny has pretty good taste in music already!?
